The Board refers to its previous announcement on the receipt of Approval In-Principle (AIP) on 10 October 2024 from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited in respect of the listing and quotation of up to 19,452,130,364 new shares (including 14,873,333,335 Placement Shares to the Investors named in the Company's Circular dated 15 October 2024).

In connection with the completion of the placing out of the 14,873,333,335 Placement Shares, the Company has applied for extension of time to complete the same, the details of which are set out in the attached announcement.
