Telstra announces CHF200 million bond issue

Telstra Group Limited (Telstra) priced a CHF200 million (approximately A$385 million) bond issue (the Notes) on 28 August 2025 during London time. The Notes issue comprises CHF200 million 12-year Fixed Rate Notes due 2037.

The Notes are issued under Telstra s Debt Issuance Program Offering Circular dated 25 August 2025. The Notes are expected to be issued on 24 September 2025.

Telstra will use the proceeds from the Notes for general corporate purposes.
