We refer to the Executive Share Option Scheme ("ESOS") which was approved by the shareholders of IOI Corporation Berhad (being the holding company of IOI Investment (L) Berhad) ("IOI Corp") at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 27 October 2015.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of IOI Corp wishes to announce that the Company has on 6 March 2019 offered a total of 6,530,000 share options at an option price of RM4.50 per share option to the eligible employees of IOI Corp Group in accordance with the By-Laws of the ESOS.
