The Trustee-Manager had on 4 June 2018 issued instructions to CDP to transfer 13,000 Units held by certain Remaining PRC Persons to a holding account in its name. The transfer has today been completed and as a result the Trustee-Manager of APTT has acquired a direct interest in the 13,000 Units.
