The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited ("SML" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk ("PDL"), a subsidiary of SML listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, has released a disclosure on "Changes of Shares Ownership in Public Company" ("Disclosure") regarding an internal group restructuring relating to the sale of shares of PDL from AFP International Capital Pte. Ltd. to PT Sumber Arusmulia, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Group. SML's effective interest in PDL is 57.28%.
