United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) refers to its announcement dated 26 November 2018 in relation to the acquisition of 75% of the issued shares in PT PG Asset Management (PGAM) by its wholly-owned subsidiary, UOB Asset Management Limited (UOBAM). UOB wishes to announce that the acquisition is completed and PGAM is a subsidiary of UOBAM with effect from 1 August 2019.
