Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Dr.M.R.Ravi, IAS (Din No.08254276) has been appointed on the Board of our Company in place of Mr. K.P.Mohan Raj, IAS, as the Nominee Director of Karnataka State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (KSIIDC), pursuant to the change in nomination made by Karnataka State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (KSIIDC) vide its letter No.CSD:1627:2021-22 dated January 18, 2022.
