Mr Chen Guodong expressed that he is not seeking re-election pursuant to Article 106 of the Company's Constitution, to devote more time to his personal matters.

Accordingly, Mr Chen Guodong will retire as an Independent Director of the Company at the conclusion of the upcoming annual general meeting of the Company to be held on 29 April 2026. Concurrently, he will step down as members of the NC and the RC.
