Further to our announcement and media release each dated 1 November 2024, the Board of Directors of Keppel REIT Management Limited (the "Manager") wishes to update that regulatory approval has been obtained for Mr Chua Hsien Yang's appointment as Chief Executive Officer of the Manager.

Mr Chua Hsien Yang's appointment will take effect from 1 January 2025.
