The Board of Directors of BPI at its meeting held on 18 May 2022 approved the appointment of Ma. Lourdes P. Gatmaytan as Corporate Secretary effective 15 June 2022.

Atty. Ma. Lourdes P. Gatmaytan has over 27 years of experience in the practice of law. She is currently Senior Vice President Co-Head of Legal and Head of Corporate Legal Affairs of the Bank. She received both her Juris Doctor degree and BS Legal Management degree from the Ateneo de Manila University.

Atty. Angela Pilar B. Maramag, Corporate Secretary until 15 June 2022, is being re-assigned to take on other responsibilities within the BPI Group.
