Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo), in consultation with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), announced that it will automatically extend by 60 days the deadline for all issuers with financial year-end (FY-end) on or before 31 March 2020 to hold their annual general meetings (AGMs).

The Company is extending the timeline to hold the AGM and schedules to hold it on Thursday, 25 June 2020 to table its audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019. Please see annexure for further information.
