Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Teo Yew Boon will relinquish his position as Group Chief Operating Officer to focus on his other business and personal interest. He shall remain as a Director of the Company until 30 June 2022 and re-designated as Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company. This will facilitate a smooth handover of his duties to his successor. In the interim, our Chief Executive Officer, Mr Ang Guan Hwa, will take over his portfolio.
