Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): Reference is made to the Notes issued by the Issuer and fully and unconditionally guaranteed by the Company, and the listing of the Notes on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX).

As of May 3, 2018, there were USD440,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of Notes outstanding. On May 4, 2018, the Issuer completed the cancellation of USD20,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of Notes repurchased (the Repurchased Notes), representing approximately 4.55 per cent of the aggregate principal amount of Notes originally issued. After cancellation of the Repurchased Notes, USD420,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of Notes will remain outstanding.

Pursuant to Rule 324 of the SGX Listing Manual, the Issuer will make further announcements for every subsequent 5 per cent interval of initial aggregate principal amount of Notes redeemed and/or cancelled in accordance with their terms and conditions.
