Mr. William Tan Yew Chee has tendered his resignation as CFO on 4 JANUARY 2023 to pursue his career progression/advancement.

Mr. Tan will be working closely with the Group's finance team to ensure a smooth transition and handover of duties. In the meantime, the Company will be interviewing potential candidates as replacement for the position of CFO. The Company will make the necessary announcements when a suitable candidate is appointed.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr Tan for his contributions to the Company.
