Ms Voon Sze Yin ("Ms Voon") tendered her resignation on 1st July 2019 after she accepted the offer to a new job opportunity.

Ms Voon had agreed with the Board to stay on until the independent review is substantially completed and also to ensure smooth transition and handover to the new CFO. Accordingly, the Board has now accepted her resignation and has noted that Ms Voon has served out her 3 months notice period in accordance with her employment contract. During her notice period, she worked with Ms Lok Pei San ("Ms Lok"), who was employed to be part of the Company's finance and accounting department since 23 April 2019, to ensure a smooth transition. Ms Lok will assume the duties and functions as the Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company after the cessation of service of Ms Voon. Details of the qualifications and work experience of Ms Lok are set out in her appointment announcement dated 30 September 2019.

Ms Voon has agreed to assist the Company on any financial and accounting matters, as and when required.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's Sponsor, RHT Capital Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that other than as discussed in this announcement, there are no material reasons for the cessation of service of Ms Voon.
