Please note the following:
a. The 325,050 BPI shares (Indirect) under the 2025 BPI ESPP were listed on 26 May 2026.
b. The correct percentage of the total number of shares held by directors to the number of total outstanding shares is 0.07%
c. The correct percentage of the total number of shares held by officers to the number of total outstanding shares is 0.11%
d. The correct percentage of the total number of shares held by employees to the total number of outstanding shares is 1.65%.
