The Company's associated company, First REIT Management Limited (the "Manager"), the manager of First Real Estate Investment Trust ("First REIT"), has issued two separate announcements in relation to (i) leases with PT. Metropolis Propertindo Utama and (ii) an extension of a further two months of rental relief to all tenants in Indonesia respectively, on 22 October 2020.

The Company will continue to assess the impact of the above announcements on the Group and will keep shareholders informed of any material developments through SGXNET in accordance with the requirements under the applicable Catalist Rules.
