In furtherance to our letter dated July 15, 2021 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 (2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( Regulations ) read together with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Regulations, we hereby inform that a meeting of the duly authorized Committee was held today from 9:30 a.m. to 9:40 a.m. approving offering for subscription, on a private placement basis, up to 5,000 Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures ( NCDs ) E30-B Series of face value Rs.10,00,000/- each, at par, aggregating up to Rs.500 crores.
