We wish to inform you that the 27th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of IIFL Finance Limited ("the Company") is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 08, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. (1ST) through Video Conferencing ("VC")/Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM").

Further, pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, July 02, 2022 to Friday, July 08, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 27th AGM of the Company.
