The Recognition Hearing held at 10:00 a.m. (NY time) on 9 May 2016, the Bankruptcy Court granted the petition recognizing a voluntary restructuring proceeding concerning the Company pending before the High Court of the HK Proceeding as a foreign nonmain proceeding pursuant to sections 1515 and 1517 of the Bnakruptcy Code. The Bankruptcy Court has deferred consideration of the Company's request for related relief until the scheme of arrangement that is the subject of the HK proceeding has been sanctioned by the relevant court. The Bankrupcy Court has scheduled a further hearing for this purpose at 2:00 p.m. (NY time) on 15 June 2016.
