SG Issuer would like to notify the holders of the Securities regarding the trigger of the Air Bag Mechanism (and the subsequent suspension of the Securities) on the date of this broadcast, and the New Observed Level, as follows:

Airbag Trigger Time: 13:14
New Observed Price/Level: HKD 45.75

The trading and market making activities for the Securities will resume at the effective date and time stated herein.
