As part of the Board renewal process, Prof Cham Tao Soon retired from the Board upon the conclusion of the 64th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 29 April 2024 and did not seek re-election. He also retired as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Nominating Committee, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
