Following the conclusion of the EGM held on 25 March 2026 in respect of the disposal of Hawkerway Pte. Ltd., Ms Pang Yiling ("Ms Pang") who is responsible for the overall planning, operations management and business development of the Group's food and beverages business, will relinquish her role as the Director of Operations of the Company.

The Company would like to express its gratitude and appreciation for Ms Pang's valuable contributions to the Company during her tenure as the Director of Operations of the Company.

The Company's Sponsor, after having interviewed Ms Pang, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in the announcement, there are no other material reasons for her cessation.
