This is to inform you that pursuant to the order of the Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai dated March 07, 2019 ( NCLT Order ) approving the Composite Scheme of Arrangement and other approvals, the merger of India Infoline Finance Limited with IIFL Finance Limited is effected w.e.f. March 30, 2020.

In terms of the NCLT order, the business, branches, employees, agreements, arrangements, contracts, proceedings, policies, approvals, sanctions, permits, obligations and assets and liabilities etc. of India Infoline Finance Ltd shall stand vested and will be carried on by IIFL Finance Ltd. Further details in the regard are available on the website of the Company i.e. www.iifl.com.

In view of above, please note that hereafter all the obligations including of filings/disclosure etc of India Infoline Finance Limited will be carried out by IIFL Finance Limited.

The disclosures under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as given by IIFL Finance Limited to local exchanges of India i.e. National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited are also enclosed herewith for your reference.
