| Narrative version | Notice is hereby given that, subject to shareholders approving the proposed first and final tax exempt one-tier dividend at the Company's 47th Annual General Meeting, the Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 9 November 2023 for the preparation of dividend warrants.
Duly completed registrable transfers of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") received by the Company's Share Registrar, B.A.C.S. Private Limited, at 77 Robinson Road #06-03 Robinson 77 Singapore 068896, up to 5.00 p.m. on 8 November 2023 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the final dividend.
Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with Shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 8 November 2023, will be entitled to the final dividend. |
