PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk has informed the special review for corporate rating from PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) for the period from 12 December 2014 to 1 October 2015 (the Pefindo Report ) to the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The letter to OJK and BEI and the Pefindo Report in Bahasa Indonesia and English, as attached for information.


Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited and DBS Bank Ltd. were the joint global coordinators, joint issue managers and joint bookrunners and underwriters (Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Issue Managers and Joint Bookrunners and Underwriters) for the initial public offering of shares in, and listing of, Japfa Ltd on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
