- Page 8: (a) Current balance of refundable membership deposits should be 10,093 million yen instead of 10,794 million yen; and (b) Current balance of refundable membership deposits which the lock-up period has not expired should be 732 million yen instead of 31 million yen.

- Page 15: Change of footnote from "year-on-year comparison" to "compared against FY14/15".
