Additional TextThe board of directors (the "Board") of Imperium Crown Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to the trading halt at 7:32 a.m. on 29 November 2022.
Additional TextThe Board would like to inform shareholders that pursuant to Rule 1302(1) of Section B: Rules of Catalist of the Listing Manual (the "Catalist Rules"),
Additional Textthe Company will convert the trading halt to a voluntary suspension in order to prepare and finalise a material announcement in connection with the Group's property portfolio in the People's Republic of China,
Additional Textcomprising the Wonder Stone Park Hotel (the "WSP Hotel") (including the land on which the WSP Hotel sits on and owned by the Group), as well as the 2 plots of land situated within the WSP and owned by the Group.
Additional TextThe Board wishes to emphasise that this is a voluntary suspension pending the release of a material announcement under Catalist Rule 1302(1), and that it intends to resume trading of the shares of the Company upon the release of the material announcement.
