Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Ms Carmen Ng has tendered her resignation on 21 February 2024 as she would like to devote more time in pursuing her own business. Taking into consideration the foregoing and the availability of the new independent director to replace her role in the respective board committees immediately on 27 February 2024, the Company and Ms Carmen Ng have mutually agreed for her cessation to take effect on 27 February 2024.

The Board would like to express its appreciation towards Ms Carmen Ng for her invaluable contributions during her tenure.

The Sponsor, after having interviewed Ms Carmen Ng, is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no material reasons for the resignation of Ms Carmen Ng as Independent Non-Executive Director.
