Role and responsibilities
Ms Tan Li Lian provided strategic and operational leadership on the human resources function. She also oversaw the Group Innovation, Corporate Services & Procurement as well as the Corporate Secretariat Services functions.
During her brief stay with CDL, she developed and implemented human resources strategies, frameworks and approaches in building people strategic practices, working with the Management Executive Committee of CDL to develop a well-defined company culture.
