Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of 3i Infotech Limited (the Company ) would meet on Thursday, January 28, 2021, to inter alia, consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020.

Further, in continuation to our disclosure on closure of Trading Window dated December 24, 2020, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading by Designated Persons ( the Code ), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and for the connected persons as defined in the Code till January 30, 2021 and the same will be opened at the beginning of the trading hours on January 31, 2021.

The same is being hosted on the Company s website www.3i-infotech.com in terms of Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
