This corrigendum is with respect to the earlier announcement dated March 22, 2018 intimating about allotment of equity shares pursuant to conversion of the Amended FCCBs and the FCCBs.

In point no. 2 of the above mentioned announcement, the figure of number of equity shares allotted was incorrectly mentioned as 6,63,260. The actual number of shares allotted are 5,30,608 which are as per the terms of the FCCBs.
