We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Tata Motors Limited ( the Company ) at its meeting held today, i.e., on February 2, 2024, has, inter alia, noted and taken on record the resignation letter dated February 1, 2024 tendered by Mr. Ravindra Kumar GP, the President and Chief Human Resource Officer ( CHRO ) of the Company, informing that he desires to pursue his career with another Tata group company. His cessation shall take effect from the close of business hours on March 31, 2024. At the aforesaid Board Meeting, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Sitaram Kandi as the CHRO as well as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, with effect from April 1, 2024.
