Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Ms Tan La Hiong ("Ms Tan") has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue other opportunities. Ms Tan is currently serving her notice period pursuant to mutual agreement with the Company. Ms Tan's last day of employment with the Company will be on 31 August 2026.

Following the discussion between the Audit Committee ("AC") and the Board of Directors, the AC is satisfied that there are no material disagreements between Ms Tan and the Board of Directors relating to accounting practices or financial reporting and are not aware of any unresolved or undisclosed financial reporting issues that would have a material impact on the financial reporting of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group").

The Company is currently searching for a suitable replacement and will make the relevant announcement in due course. In the Interim, Mr Lim Sing Wee, the Financial Controller of the Company will assume and perform the duties and responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer until a suitable replacement is found.

Ms Tan was responsible for providing leadership and direction for all aspects of financing planning, internal control compliance and financial report matters for Chasen Holdings Limited and its group of companies. This also included communication of financial performance and forecast of the Group to the Board of Directors and SGX.
