The Obligor hereby announces that the Early Consent Fee Expiration Time was ceased at 4:00 p.m. (Singapore time) on 1 June 2020, constituting 89% of the aggregate principal amount outstanding of the Certificates were cast in favour of the proposed Consent Solicitation. Thus, the quorum requirements for the meeting was duly passed in accordance with the terms of the Declaration of Trust constituting such Certificates.

Nonetheless, Certificateholders who have not yet voted in connection with the Consent Solicitation may still vote on or before the Expiration Time, being 4:00 p.m. (Singapore time) on 8 June 2020 in order to receive Final Consent Fee of 50bps for votes in favour.
