Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): Please be advised that our Chairman, pursuant to the authority delegated by our Board of Directors during its meeting on December 11, 2024, has approved the holding of our annual stockholders meeting for the year 2025 in a fully virtual format, including all necessary arrangements related thereto, subject to applicable rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Corporation shall hold a physical meeting if so requested by the stockholders holding at least 10% of our outstanding capital stock. Stockholders have until February 20, 2025 to submit their request to corporate.secretary@bpi.com.ph.

In compliance with the relevant rules and the Company's By-Laws, please refer to the attached Notice to Stockholders on the Conduct of Annual Stockholders Meeting in Fully Virtual Format.
