Please refer to the attached Company Information Sheet dated 28 December 2017 which consists of (A) a summary of waivers and exemptions sought and granted by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "SEHK") and the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong in preparation for the dual primary listing of the Company on SEHK on 29 December 2017; (B) a summary of foreign laws and regulations setting out the major differences between the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Catalist Listing Manual, certain applicable laws and regulations of Singapore and Hong Kong, the takeover rules under the Singapore Takeovers Code, the Takeovers Code and certain relevant legislations concerning companies with listed securities; and (C) the constitution of the Company.

Pursuant to a requirement by the SEHK to facilitate easier navigation for users of the SEHK's website and enhance the visibility of information, the Company has re-uploaded the attached in multi-files format on the websites of the SEHK and the Company.
