Ms Ngo She Kei ("Ms Ngo") has tendered her resignation due to a change in circumstances requiring her commitment and involvement in her family business.

The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate and further announcement will be made in due course once a new appointment is confirmed.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in the announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Ms Ngo as Finance Manager of the Company.

There are no concerns with regards to the financial reporting that led to the cessation of Ms Ngo and there are no disagreements between Ms Ngo and the Board of Directors of the Company with regard to practices that would have an impact to the Company's financial reporting.
