NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Green River Holding Co. Ltd. (the Company) has announced the proposal of the cash capital increased, composing of five million common shares at a par value of NT$10.00 each, was approved at the meeting of Board of Director on August 25, 2021.
As a result, pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the Bonds, the Company informs the holders of Bonds that Closed Period will be effect during the period from September 02 to October 01, 2021 (both days inclusive).
