The Board of Directors of the Company has reviewed the Nominating Committee's recommendation and the qualifications, experiences and suitability of Mr Gan Boon San ("Mr Gan") and approved the dual appointment of Mr Gan as Director, Technology and Strategic Development of Health Management International Ltd ("HMI") and Chief Executive Officer of Regency Specialist Hospital ("RSH").
