The Board of Directors of IOI Corporation Berhad ("IOIC" or the "Company") (the holding company of IOI Investment (L) Berhad) has announced of its proposal to establish an executive share option scheme ("ESOS") of up to ten percent (10%) of the issued and paid-up share capital of IOIC ("Proposed ESOS"), after the expiration of the Company's existing executive share option scheme in November 2015.
