Please find attached the Company's 2013 Annual Review for the 12 months to
31 December 2013 as at 18 March 2014.

As previously disclosed, a copy of the 2013 Annual Review will be distributed to
shareholders together with the 2013 Annual Report, Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form
which are expected to be dispatched in mid April 2014.
