Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Lim Teck-Ean ("Mr Lim") tendered his resignation on 13 January 2025 as an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company after having successfully led the completion of the Company's trading resumption. He is currently serving his notice period of 4 months and his effective cessation date is on 13 May 2025. During the notice period, Mr Lim will remain as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company to ensure smooth transition and handover.

Mr Lim is stepping down to to pursue his personal interests in his family business.

After having interviewed Mr Lim and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, SAC Capital Private Limited, is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Lim as an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer.
