In relation to the Notice of Relevant Matter dated 14 February 2018 whereby Autopistas del Sol, Sociedad Anonima announced that in accordance with the company's articles of incorporation, it has proceeded to: (A) revoke the general power of attorney to Mr. Francisco Obando Leon; (B) revoke the appointment of Mr. Francisco Obando Leon, as Secretary of the Board of Directors; (C) as a consequence of the abovementioned revocation, appoint as Secretary of the Board of Directors and in replacement of Mr. Obando Leon, Mr. Walter Contreras Aguilar; and (D) given that the validity period of the current Board of Directors and compliance officer appointment has expired, appoint members of the Board of Directors and a Compliance Officer.
