1. The Notes will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 28 August 2014.

2. The short name and abbreviated name of the Notes are ' ExImKor n8%180515S ' and ' EXIMPN18 ' respectively. The ISIN Code is XS1100299855.

The letter 'S' denotes that trading of the Notes is restricted to the persons specified in Sections 274 and 275 of the Securities and Futures Act 2001 (the 'SFA').

3. The Notes will be quoted and traded in Indonesian rupiah. The Notes will be in denomination of IDR 20,000,000 with primary market allocations to be minimum of IDR 2,000,000,000 in the European Economic Area. The Notes will be traded in minimum trading board lot size of IDR 200,000 (with a minimum of 10,000 lots).
