We wish to inform you that Mr. Rakesh Kumar Rajput was appointed as the Chief Compliance Officer of
the Bank for a period of 3 (three) years, ending September 30, 2026. Accordingly, Mr. Rajput has completed
his tenure as the Chief Compliance Officer of the Bank from the close of business hours on September 30,
2026.

We wish to inform you that based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee and the Governance,
Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held today i.e.
on September 30, 2026, has approved the appointment of Mr. V. N. Srivatsan as the Chief Compliance
Officer of the Bank, as per the provisions of the Reserve Bank of India (Commercial Banks- Compliance
Function) Directions, 2026, for a period of 3 (three) years, with effect from his date of joining. He is
proposed to join on January 4, 2027. During the intervening period, Mr. Venkateswaran L, currently
Compliance Head - Credit, Asset Product & Regulatory Reporting, shall hold the responsibility as the Chief
Compliance Officer.
