amendments (the "Proposed Amendments") to the Indenture, dated as of 25 April 2019 (as supplemented or amended to the date hereof, the "Indenture"), by and between the Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors (as defined therein) and Citicorp International Limited, as trustee, governing its 12.85% Senior Notes Due 2021 (ISIN No.: XS1986632716, Common Code: 198663271) (the "Notes"). As of the date of this announcement, the Company has an aggregate principal amount of US$250,002,000 of the Notes outstanding and the Notes will mature on 25 October 2021 (the "Maturity Date"). Capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Indenture.
