This filing is a follow-up to the initial filing made on 23 June 2017 for First State Investments (UK Holdings) Limited (Substantial Shareholder). Delfi Limited (Company) was informed today by the Substantial Shareholder that they have inadvertently omitted SI Holdings Limited and First State Investment Management (UK) Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries of the Substantial Shareholder, from the initial notification to the Company on 23 June 2017.
