Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): This notice is only applicable to Bondholders who have not already been allotted Shares by the Issuer, or otherwise claimed Shares from the Share Agent, pursuant to automatic conversion of the relevant portion of the Bonds in accordance with Condition 8.12 of the Terms and Conditions of the Bonds as described in the Notice of Meeting dated July 5, 2016.

This notice is further to and is to be read with notices dated May 30, 2017 and May 31, 2018 of the Issuer. The Relevant Holders are hereby notified that the Issuer has extended the period for claiming Net Proceeds from the sale of Agent Shares till December 31, 2019.
