Beng Kuang Marine Limited (the "Company") refers to the Company's announcement dated 24 March 2025 in relation to the Material Variances between Unaudited Full-Year Financial Results Announcement and Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 ("Announcement").

The Company wishes to clarify that the header for the Audited Results, Unaudited Results and Variance contained in the Appendix of the Announcement should be expressed in S$'000 instead of S$ ("Amendments").

Save for the Amendments, all other information contained in the Announcement and Appendix remains unchanged.
